Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems) to identify strategic opportunities
- Design and implement prototyping frameworks for next-gen solutions with 18-month commercialization cycles
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and integrate disruptive startups into our ecosystem
- Present future-vision strategies to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 technological milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market horizon impact
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston
- Strong data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- PhD or Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation Strategy, or related field
