Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product launches targeting 2026 market windows
- Facilitate innovation workshops with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present future vision frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists and academic partners
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling business narratives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
