Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic frameworks by analyzing emerging tech, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic patterns
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and market teams
- Produce scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Present executive briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Identify $10M+ partnership opportunities in emerging markets and frontier technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in systemic thinking, complex adaptive systems, and second-order consequence modeling
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and board presentations
