- Build and lead cross-functional innovation labs with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Analyze global socio-economic trends to inform long-term business strategy
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core operations
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven impact in tech or innovation-driven industries
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Track record of leading cross-functional innovation initiatives to commercial success
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
