Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Present strategic forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor competitor innovations and regulatory shifts affecting future markets
- Manage annual $2M+ innovation portfolio allocation and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successful long-term technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and market dynamics
