Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on global workforce trends, specifically forecasting developments leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for the integration of AI, automation, and remote work technologies.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to design organizational structures that support hybrid and asynchronous work models.
- Identify skill gaps within the workforce and design upskilling and reskilling programs to prepare employees for future roles.
- Evaluate emerging tools (e.g., collaborative software, virtual workspaces) and recommend adoption strategies.
- Present strategic insights to the C-suite and board of directors to guide long-term business decisions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, or HR Technology.
- Proven track record of analyzing market trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of the future of work, including AI governance, the metaverse, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the Technology or Consulting sector is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
