Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Automation, VR/AR) to predict their impact on the workforce.
- Design and implement frameworks for organizational agility and scalability.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align diverse teams on long-term goals.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the macro-economic landscape.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or organizational development.
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic plans.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Public Policy/Strategic Management) preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and strategic planning software.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience leading digital transformation projects.
