Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems that integrate quantum computing principles with classical machine learning.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering team, ensuring code quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, technical architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (AGI, Neural Interfaces, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping complex products in fast-paced environments.
