Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
- Innovation Leadership: Establish and lead an internal innovation lab to prototype and test emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain).
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive trends and future opportunities.
- Digital Transformation: Drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for new technologies.
- Vendor Relations: Evaluate and manage relationships with key technology vendors and strategic partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or product management.
