Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate emerging risks
- Quantify market impact through predictive modeling and data visualization frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) into core business models
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against long-term objectives
- Competitive intelligence analysis against global innovation leaders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level insights
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Economics, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership on future trends or industry disruption
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
