Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech convergence (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional think tanks to identify disruptive market opportunities post-2025
- Produce trend briefings for C-suite executives on socio-technological paradigm shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global supply chain resilience in 2026+
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate exponential-growth startups
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable development goals
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums as innovation thought leader
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on disruptive technology adoption (peer-reviewed journals)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (min. 3 unicorn launches)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) or Technology Forecasting
- Fluency in at least two major economic hubs (Asia-Pacific/Europe)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology impact predictions (90%+ accuracy)
