- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts with 3-5 year impact
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for volatile futures
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators, regulatory landscapes, and sociocultural trends
- Design innovation frameworks that integrate AI, quantum computing, and sustainable practices
- Present strategic insights to executive boards through data-driven narratives
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks for global enterprises
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3) and their commercial implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
