Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology integration roadmap, aligning R&D with market disruption opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for AI governance, quantum adoption, and climate-tech convergence
- Champion ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ in strategic innovation funding
- Build and mentor a global team of futurists and domain specialists
- Present strategic foresight to Fortune 500 partners and UN committees
- Monitor exponential tech developments via proprietary Horizon Scanning System
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale organizations
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
