Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic frameworks across technology, market, and operational domains
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and update strategic priorities quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing 3+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
