- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with corporate objectives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Champion emerging technology adoption through pilot programs and stakeholder education
- Monitor global regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and market forecasting
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership with executive stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-forward initiatives
