Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance systems designed for future enterprise needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and implementing emerging technologies like generative AI and edge computing.
- Define long-term technical roadmaps and ensure strategic alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and architectural reviews for novel technical concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
