Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen AI workloads.
- Lead the technical roadmap for integrating quantum-ready algorithms into our cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement robust software standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all global deployments.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, reducing latency in real-time data processing.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and technical architecture assessments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing systems at scale for high-traffic environments.
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and future-forward cryptographic standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
