Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in quantum/AI integration

- Proven track record designing fault-tolerant systems at petabyte scale
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on future computing paradigms
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Mastery of exascale computing frameworks and neuromorphic hardware
- Experience with autonomous system governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
