Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for the 2026 Initiative using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define long-term roadmaps and technical standards.
- Review code, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and technical requirements.
- Optimize system performance, security, and scalability under high load.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to future trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software development and architecture experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
