- Mentor a team of junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready architectures) for future adoption.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable engineering tasks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture and Systems Design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and cloud-native development (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects ahead of schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with predictive modeling and data-driven decision making.
