- Conduct technical mentorship and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience designing systems for high availability and massive scalability.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
