Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical strategy and architecture for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, future-proof systems using emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing).
- Mentor and guide a high-performance engineering team in R&D initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with futuristic tech adoption.
- Collaborate with product leaders to ensure technical feasibility of ambitious product visions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and scalability in a rapidly evolving environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in Python, Cloud Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence frameworks.
- Strong understanding of scalability, high availability, and distributed systems.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
