- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology & Innovation Roadmap.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) and assess their strategic fit.
- Lead cross-functional teams in pilot programs for future-state initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analysis to anticipate market shifts and technological disruptions.
- Communicate complex futuristic concepts to executive stakeholders and the board.
- Oversee the budget allocation for R&D focused on 2026 and beyond.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership.
