Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure with a focus on 2026 readiness and long-term scalability.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Design MLOps pipelines to automate model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Optimize neural network architectures for high-performance inference in edge and cloud environments.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for future-proof AI development.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or applied AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps tools and version control systems (Git).
- Proven track record of delivering innovative technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
