Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core product suite.
- System Architecture: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of handling massive data streams and complex decision-making tasks.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in fine-tuning large language models and generative AI systems to achieve industry-leading accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
