Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Architect and lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, focusing on predictive analytics and generative capabilities.
- Spatial Integration: Oversee the integration of AI logic into spatial computing environments, bridging the gap between neural networks and immersive user interfaces.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance backend systems capable of processing real-time data streams with zero latency.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior and senior developers alike.
- Protocol Development: Establish ethical AI frameworks and safety protocols to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, experimental environments and translate complex concepts into actionable products.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
