Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years experience

- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST AI Risk Framework, and ethical AI governance
- Proficiency in Rust, Python, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
