Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends such as Quantum Readiness and Generative AI integration.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise systems capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for novel technologies to assess viability for large-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the strategic migration of existing systems to microservices architectures to ensure longevity and agility.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee architectural security standards to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems.
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of implementing futuristic technologies (e.g., Edge Computing, IoT ecosystems) in previous roles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).
