Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for Horizon Systems through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including AI-driven automation and next-gen cloud architectures.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Predict potential technological disruptions and propose proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all architectural decisions align with regulatory standards and long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience leading high-impact technology initiatives or R&D projects.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
