Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating quantum-AI hybrids and spatial computing paradigms
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, neuroscientists, and computational designers
- Identify market disruption vectors through patent landscape analysis and competitor forecasting
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen neural interfaces and autonomous systems
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and private venture consortia
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board of trustees quarterly
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Cognitive AI, or Emerging Tech (10+ years)
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technology adoption curves
- Proven track record leading $20M+ R&D initiatives with 3+ successful exits
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and quantum security protocols
- Portfolio demonstrating architect-level solutions for metaverse or neurotech ecosystems
- Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
