Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, quantum computing readiness, and advanced data analytics for the next 3 years.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, scalable infrastructure that supports high-volume data processing and real-time decision-making.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product managers.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies, evaluating their viability for immediate deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (LLMs), and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast tech trends and align them with long-term business goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
