Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML systems capable of handling next-generation data volumes and real-time inference.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Define and implement technical roadmaps for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethical AI, and model explainability.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
