Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Strategic Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning long-term goals with immediate business outcomes.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI and cloud ecosystems, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex systems and optimize performance.
- Establish technical standards and best practices to guide the engineering team's direction.
- Conduct feasibility studies for high-risk, high-reward projects to ensure viability.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical transformations and delivering results on time.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their potential application in enterprise solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
