Responsibilities
- Design 2026 Roadmaps: Define and architect the technical roadmap to ensure our infrastructure is future-proof for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI/ML models into core systems to drive automation and predictive analytics.
- Scalability Engineering: Architect microservices and serverless solutions capable of handling exabyte-scale data growth.
- Quantum Readiness: Collaborate with research teams to prepare legacy systems for future quantum computing transitions.
- Cybersecurity Strategy: Implement next-generation security protocols and zero-trust architectures to safeguard future assets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or Java; deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
