Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and articulate the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies like Quantum AI and Edge Computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and future-proof architectures that integrate seamlessly with upcoming standards.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives, conducting PoCs (Proof of Concepts) for next-gen technologies.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions align with future regulatory landscapes and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML frameworks.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to predict and adapt to tech trends relevant to the 2026 era.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
