Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems for next-gen Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Design robust infrastructure capable of handling the computational demands of spatial computing and immersive web technologies.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into legacy and modern software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI development, data governance, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic roadmaps into executable technical strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Monitor emerging tech trends to ensure Veridian Systems remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with a strong understanding of parallel computing.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade Large Language Models and Generative AI tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong grasp of system design patterns and microservices architecture.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks and simulators is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
