Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems for 2026 and future roadmaps.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure code quality and system security across all departments.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into tangible technical solutions.
- Optimize system latency and data processing capabilities to handle massive scale.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify potential risks in architectural decisions and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience with Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and innovation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
