Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that drive competitive advantage.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for high-risk, high-reward technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable, future-proof system architectures.
- Establish frameworks for technology evaluation and selection to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
- Advocate for technical debt reduction and modernization initiatives across the organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects in emerging tech trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions or integrating futuristic tech stacks.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
