Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI-driven scalability and quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
- Lead high-level design sessions with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers.
- Optimize system performance and security standards to meet enterprise-grade compliance requirements.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, edge computing) to validate feasibility for production deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing systems capable of handling high concurrency and massive data throughput.
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and MLOps practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
