Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI systems capable of operating autonomously by 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of Ethical AI frameworks and governance models.
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps for cross-functional teams.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, quantum AI) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product development, from prototyping to deployment.
- Establish best practices for data security, privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI architecture or strategic technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
