Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals or distributed systems

- Published research in IEEE or ACM on future tech topics
- Fluency in Web3 protocols (Solidity, Rust, or similar)
