Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D efforts in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi-modal systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge technologies.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
- Identify emerging trends in the tech landscape and integrate them into our product strategy.
- Present technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences to secure buy-in.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to launch.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable roadmaps.
