Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable Agentic AI frameworks capable of autonomous decision-making and complex problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Spearhead the integration of quantum computing interfaces into existing cloud architectures, ensuring backward compatibility and future-proofing.
- Edge & 6G Integration: Oversee the development of edge computing protocols optimized for 6G networks, enabling real-time data processing and ultra-low latency.
- Sustainable Tech Leadership: Implement energy-efficient algorithms and hardware configurations to meet stringent 2026 sustainability standards for data centers.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for the deployment of sentient and semi-sentient AI agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on Future Tech or Computational Physics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps and product specifications.
