Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, identifying key emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuro-interfaces) and integrating them into our core architecture.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists in experimental prototyping and feasibility studies.
- System Architecture: Design resilient, scalable systems capable of handling next-generation computational loads and data complexities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for C-level executives and investors, presenting compelling visions of the future.
- Technology Assessment: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to forecast disruptive trends and advise on adaptation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in high-level system architecture, software engineering, or AI research leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP). Familiarity with quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizons) and translate abstract concepts into concrete project milestones.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
