- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Edge Computing, Web3) to ensure our products remain ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align on long-term goals.
- Legacy Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future-forward platforms, minimizing technical debt as we approach the 2026 milestone.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, guiding junior architects in future-proofing their designs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and high-performance computing.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and integrate disruptive technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) into business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with a long-term horizon.
- Communication: Proven track record of translating technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
