Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectural frameworks for our 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the R&D team in developing advanced machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimize system latency and data throughput in real-time environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and security.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, AI/ML engineering, or systems design.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
