Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for future tech products, specifically targeting 2026 and beyond.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and validating emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the technical viability of novel concepts and translate high-level business goals into actionable engineering roadmaps.
- Talent Acquisition & Mentorship: Recruit top-tier talent in the niche future tech space and mentor junior architects on emerging methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious development cycles.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technical debt and scalability issues before they impact product delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic innovation role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud architecture, and next-gen web technologies.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future industry shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
