Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era tech prototypes (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, climate AI)
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into actionable product roadmaps
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present strategic innovations to C-suite and investors
- Mentor junior innovators in future-tech methodologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Proven track record of launching patented technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital funding cycles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Certification in emerging tech foresight methodologies
