Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in tech R&D with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough tech
- Expertise in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Published research in Nature/Science (≥5 papers)
- Security clearance preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
