Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026+ technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling AI-driven, quantum-inspired, and biotech-integrated solutions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web4, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology interfaces) for commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups to accelerate R&D cycles
- Develop patentable intellectual property portfolios for future-facing technologies
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized products from emerging tech concepts
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and ethical innovation standards
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, business, and regulatory domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
